I hope you are keeping up on your Daily 4, it gets challenging with life.
Thursday I only got in 10 minutes of relaxation.
Friday, I did 20 minutes of yoga and 2- 10 minute walks.
Saturday, I ran with my husband but it was a slow controlled run with my heart rate controlling our tempo.
Sunday, I ran with my best friend, 30 easy to relax my stress levels and ate a great dinner with her and her family.
Monday, so far I have only did 20 minutes of yoga.
Keep up your goals.

--Carpal Tunnel Stretches--
Repetitive Stress injuries need attention daily.
Extend your arm in front of you with your palm down.
Bend your wrist, pointing your hand toward the floor.
With your other hand, gently bend your wrist farther until you feel a mild to moderate stretch in your forearm.
Hold for at least 15 to 30 seconds. Repeat 2 to 4 times.Repeat with hand toward the ceiling.

Headaches: Some primary headaches can be triggered by lifestyle factors, including:

Alcohol, particularly red wine
Certain foods, such as processed meats that contain nitrates
Changes in sleep or lack of sleep
Poor posture
Skipped meals
Stress
