The end of 2022 brings some changes to K&B. Our founding partners Jon Kottke & Jim Brantz have decided to retire and focus on time with family. Although they will be missed, their ideals of providing top-notch legal services paired with personal attention and reasonable pricing continue to live on at the firm. Our firm will continue to provide a full range of legal services to our clients. We look forward to carrying the founder's KB legacy into the future.

Kottke & Brantz is excited to announce that Elise Aiken, an experienced litigator, has joined our team. She specializes in commercial disputes, intellectual property, real estate litigation, and appellate work. A Colorado native, she received her A.B. from the University of Chicago and her J.D. from University of Colorado Law School. Following law school, Elise clerked for the Hon. Norman D. Haglund and the Hon. Karen L. Brody in the Second Judicial District of Colorado, Denver County. After developing her litigation practice for several years at another Boulder firm, she joined Kottke & Brantz as a partner in 2021.
