Success in anything starts with intention. Be intentional about prioritizing your wellness by focusing on sleep, hydration, and exercise! Aim for 7-9 hours of quality sleep, stay energized with 8 glasses of water, and move your body daily. Embrace these essentials and transform your journey to self-love and resilience!

Welcome to Day 11 of our 30-Day Wellness Challenge. Today's topic is Sleep Hygiene Tips.
Good sleep hygiene is crucial for overall wellness. Here are some tips to help improve your sleep:
1) Stick to a schedule: Go to bed and wake up simultaneously every day, even on weekends.
2) Create a bedtime routine: Develop a relaxing routine before bed. This could include activities like reading, taking a warm bath, or practicing meditation.
3) Limit screen time: Avoid screens (phones, tablets, computers, and TV) at least an hour before bed. The blue light can interfere with your sleep.
4) Make your bedroom a sleeping haven: Ensure your bedroom is dark, quiet, and cool. Consider using blackout curtains, earplugs, or a white noise machine.
5) Watch your diet: Avoid large meals, caffeine, and alcohol before bedtime. These can disrupt your sleep.
6) Exercise regularly: Regular physical activity can help you fall asleep faster and enjoy deeper sleep. Avoid vigorous exercise close to bedtime.
7) Manage stress: Before bed, practice stress-reducing techniques such as yoga, deep breathing exercises, or journaling to calm your mind.
8) Comfort is key: Invest in a comfortable mattress and pillows. Your bed should be supportive and inviting.
9) Limit nap: If you must nap, keep it short (20-30 minutes) and not too close to your bedtime.
10) Seek sunlight: Spend time outside in natural sunlight during the day. This helps regulate your sleep-wake cycle.
