While not necessarily related to cancer, abdominal pain, especially on the lower right side, should never be ignored. Talk to your GGC provider about any concerns and seek immediate care if you experience persistent abdominal pain.

Visiting a favorite restaurant or preparing a cherished dish, is another heartfelt way to honor a loved one's memory. 💜

Hydration is crucial during treatment, especially in the summer heat. Remember to drink plenty of water throughout the day to stay hydrated and energized! 💧☀️

If something feels off, get it checked out. 💪 Sarcoma and other bone cancers can go unnoticed without symptoms. Be aware of any pain or swelling in your joints, and sudden lumps or bumps.

Fight the urge to do it all this summer. Remember it's okay to keep your plans loose and breezy. 🍃
