1. Chronic Diseases: Obesity increases the risk of chronic conditions such as type 2 diabetes, cardiovascular diseases (heart disease and stroke), hypertension (high blood pressure), and certain types of cancer.
2. Metabolic Syndrome: Obesity often contributes to metabolic syndrome, a cluster of conditions including high blood pressure, high blood sugar, high triglycerides, low HDL cholesterol, and excess abdominal fat. This syndrome increases the risk of heart disease, stroke, and diabetes.
3. Joint Issues: Carrying excess weight can put additional strain on joints, leading to conditions like osteoarthritis and chronic joint pain.
4. Respiratory Problems: Obesity can cause respiratory issues such as sleep apnea, which leads to interrupted breathing during sleep and can result in daytime fatigue and other health problems.
5. Liver Disease: Non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) is common among obese individuals and can progress to more severe conditions like cirrhosis.
6. Psychological Impact: Obesity can lead to low self-esteem, depression, and anxiety due to societal stigma and body image concerns.
7. Reproductive Health: Obesity can affect fertility, hormonal balance, and pregnancy outcomes. It’s associated with complications during pregnancy and childbirth.
8. Reduced Quality of Life: Obesity can limit mobility, decrease energy levels, and hinder the ability to engage in physical activities, reducing overall quality of life.
9. Inflammation: Obesity promotes chronic inflammation in the body, which is linked to many health issues, including cardiovascular disease and cancer.
10. Increased Mortality: Obesity is associated with a higher risk of premature death due to its impact on overall health and the increased likelihood of developing serious health conditions.
It’s not going to be easy. Not if you want to make serious improvements. Get in there and work your ass off!💪

I can’t believe the % of people that are not where they want to be with their lives but still….
1.Prioritize drinking
2. Surround themselves by people they call friends that share the wrong visions
3.Waste time with social media or television distractions… etc.
If you want to be better- you have to think, plan, suffer… that’s where you’re going to find your pleasure.
The #1 cause of anxiety is thinking about something you SHOULD actually be doing but not actually doing it. It will f**k you up and leave you with regrets that will lead to depression.
…. And when making decisions- use your head, not your heart. Take emotions out of the equation or you will not hit your goals EVERY time. 💜✌️
