Before opening in 2007 Smarty Pants Pre-School conducted a comprehensive two year study of the childcare industry. We examined all of the important aspects of child development. Using the information learned as objective parents not business entrepreneurs we created policies and procedures, curriculum, enrichment programs, evaluation procedures, security protocols, emergency procedures, customer services, staff training, facility sanitation and cleanliness, staffing levels, staff credentials, all to be superior. Our goal to raise the bar in early childhood education is supported by our commitment to attract and keep qualified childcare professionals.
