Do you own a furminator?

Throw it in the trash.

"But I get so much hair out with it"

A furminator is a blade. In the photo is a #30 grooming blade next to the furminator blade to compare. A #30 blade is for very short trims. The only reason you think the furminator works so well, and you get so much hair out is because it's actually cutting your dogs coat.

It cuts the good hair, the top coat and leaves long lasting damage, you may not notice at first but its definitely doing the damage to your dogs coat.

It will get thinner and thinner in texture.

Texture that won’t come back most likely. Especially tails. Tails on Samoyeds are their most delicate area.
The only tool appropriate on a Samoyed tail is a gentle pin brush. Ask me what type I use and recommend.

I will never recommend a Furminator.

They belong in the trash.

The Easter Samoyed

In a land where springtime blooms, Where daffodils sway and tulips loom, There’s a secret trail, a hidden delight, Where the Easter Samoyed takes flight.

With fur as white as freshly fallen snow, And eyes so dark and all aglow, This fluffy friend, so gentle and kind, Trots down the bunny trail, you’ll find.

His paws leave prints in dew-kissed grass, As he follows the scent of chocolate mass, Through meadows painted in pastel hues, He seeks the magic that Easter imbues.

The bunnies pause, ears twitching wide, As the Samoyed approaches with quiet pride, “Hello,” he woofs, his tail a joyful curl, “May I join your egg-hunting swirl?”

And so, they dance beneath the sun, The Easter Samoyed and bunnies as one, They gather eggs in woven baskets, Their laughter echoing through fragrant thickets.
He nuzzles each egg, a snowy snout, His breath a whisper, “What’s this about?” For the Samoyed knows not of chocolate’s taste, But he still revels in the joy of this sweet chase.

As dawn turns to dusk, the trail winds on, The Samoyed’s paws leave a trail set upon, And when the moon rises, silver and bright, He bids farewell to the bunnies, taking flight.

But fear not, dear children, for every spring, When blossoms bloom and songbirds sing, The Easter Samoyed returns once more, To dance with bunnies along the bunny trail’s floor.

So if you glimpse a snowy figure in the glade, With eyes so dark and a spirit unafraid, Know that it’s the Easter Samoyed, so true, Bringing magic and love to me and you.
