Did someone turn off our warning lights? As we enter our 40th anniversary this year, today marks the end of an era. Madden & Associates will no longer operate as the Authorized Managing Sales Representatives for Whelen Engineering. No, this is not an April Fools’ Day joke. Please reach out to Whelen direct for any support or sales inquiries you may have. We sincerely want to thank everyone who made the past 40 years of business so successful. We also want to emphasize to all our customers that Madden & Associates is not going anywhere. We will continue to act as the Independent Representatives for Havis, Inc & Pro-gard Products as well as a reseller for Selex ES and Pctel.TH. Thanks for the continued support. Nice update to our shop in support of all our public safety community.

Our office will be closed Thursday, January 6th for the funeral of the company's founder, Tom Madden. We will resume regular hours the following day on Friday. Please refer to our previous posts for specifics on the arrangements. Thank you all for your continued support, we all know the many lives Tom has touched.

For anyone who would like to be a part of Tom's mass, but cannot attend in person, please utilize the attached link to view the mass remotely.

We will be hosting a reception with lunch at our office after the burial. Thank you all for the kind words and condolences to the family. It has been very uplifting to hear the wonderful words from you all about Tom and the impact he had on so many.

The world lost a great man this week. He was a wonderful father, husband, brother, and friend to anyone who knew him. He was a pillar in the public safety community, a servant leader, and a mentor to so many. He founded this business 37 years ago, and it has grown beyond his wildest dreams. His family and this business were the two things he loved more than anything. We will continue to honor his legacy by operating the business with his core principles…Honesty, Integrity, Respect, and Commitment.
