Owl Foods is woman-owned and family operated, and they’ve been making DELICIOUS small batch handcrafted energy bars for nearly 15 years. Their commercial bakery is located in Brattleboro, VT, and all products are made with only the highest quality nutrient dense ingredients, which are gluten free, non GMO, soy free, dairy free, and vegan (Maple Pecan). Their bars contain real whole food ingredients specifically chosen to naturally support energy levels without the use of palm oils, fillers, additives, or junk. They offer four flavors and two different sizes of energy bars, which are sold at small and independently owned shops, as well as on their own website. We were lucky enough to escape the bakery this weekend and hit the road to enjoy the Cape Cod National Sea Shore. A much loved refuel stop at provided just the pick up we needed. We’ve been working with Snowy OWL for years and love their family owned business, beautiful cafes, and amazing brews. We were fortunate to visit with Kristie at the Sandwich location as we headed out of town and back to the bakery!

We will be here 9-5 today (Saturday) and 10-4 tomorrow (Sunday). Last week in the life of the owls- On top of making our weekly bakery production goal we fit in a quick dash down to Boston to pickup an emergency resupply of more Hazelnut Cardamom film stock (due to your overwhelming demand 🤗) from our partners . Hungry for some lunch Alli popped into a longtime partner-retailer of ours in Needham, MA. Seth insisted that we buy a refurbished “ old skool” Hobart 80 quart mixer in order to double or maybe even triple our batch size. We took delivery of the new mixer on Thursday, followed by an electrical upgrade Friday morning and have three days of mixing double batches on it so far. Finding moments to catch a little light and tranquility, we are greeted each morning by this beautiful stained glass from . Hope the winter season is treating you well and we are here should you need any snacks along the way! -Alli & Seth

Why yes, we do enjoy an OWL Energy Bar washed down a Nice Nitro while out on a day long bike ride. This trip took us to in Sunderland, MA where we were able to fuel up for many more miles of valley riding.

We packed a map, some snacks, and our very best hiking buddies and headed to the mountains for some adventure that the whole family could enjoy. We hope that wherever you are that you get plenty of exercise, restorative fresh air, sunshine, and companionship in the great outdoors whenever you get a chance.
