Honored to have Micah (Brattleboro Bodywork’s) as our neighbor booth at the and he is an avid cook. He shared this picture of his most recent delicious dish including our microgreens and we had to post :)

Micah stated:

“It is shredded curry chicken thighs on a bed of sunflower and pea shoot micro greens. Topped with avocado and micro basil and garnished with grape halves.”

FinAllie is our current Producer of the Month, and we’re so proud to have to opportunity to let her business SHINE even brighter! Grateful Greens is a Producer of the Month alum, and we’re so happy they’re creating such beautiful, fresh and nutritious food right down the block.
