WOODLANDS ALUMNI GRADUATES’ CELEBRATION
Each year Woodlands Elementary hosts a Graduate Celebration to recognize seniors from Olympic, Central Kitsap, and Klahowya high schools, along with Barker Creek who once attended Woodlands. Woodlands believe it is important that their students witness the graduates’ success and understand the importance of such an achievement.
As a Woodlands Alumni graduating, we would like to congratulate you and invite you to come to Woodlands for a meet and greet, parade and an all-school assembly. Before the assembly, the graduates will have snacks, answer a couple questions, look at old photos, and have photo opportunities. This will also be a time to reminisce with a few former teachers and staff members. You will have time to visit staff after the assembly as well.
The event is filled with not only a sense of pride and accomplishment but with the hope it will leave an impression on our young students and that one day we will be celebrating their graduation.
This year’s Graduate Celebration is scheduled for Wednesday, June 5th at 2:00 pm. Please RSVP to Woodlands Office at 360-662-9700. We would love to see all of you. We try very hard to identify all the former Woodlands’ students. However, we do miss some, so if you know someone who did not get an invitation and would like to come, please call the office to have their name put on our list.
We are celebrating the “Best in the West” teachers this week!! Today’s Sandwich Stampede is provided by our wonderful Woodlands PTA. Thank you!
