Honestly turning 30 is just like turning 21. Just with more Tums, earlier bed times, responsible cell phone usage, and sweat pants.😅 I owe a serious thank you to this crew. They really rolled up and made a gal feel super special (as seen in pics). And a sincere thank you to those in different time zones who celebrated me in birthdays past. It’s never the same without you. Y’all know who you are. Here’s to the next 30 and flying everyone out on my 60th!!

I met most of these women a year ago. And In just over a year these women have ran companies, switched careers, failed only to get up again, and said yes even when they’re afraid to. It’s an inspiration to watch and it’s a gift to be surrounded by. Each of them crank up the ~color~ in my life and I’m here for it.

Ive already forgotten how many years it’s been and I hope to one day forget that today is the day I had to make a call I never wanted to. But what I plan to never forget is us in these times. In all seriousness, this week marks my 1 year at . Honestly can’t believe it. What’s crazy is I haven’t met any coworkers in person since I was hired 😅 (thanks 2020). So to say it’s been a cake walk would be false. What is true however is the incredible morale of this company. I’ve never been so confident with a service in my life. Proud to be a part of . Mom decided to snap these pics and thought it was hilarious I was in a meeting during these shots (zoom to see head set). 🎧 The reality is, it can REALLY really stink. I’m glued to my phone/laptop a lot of the time. Being on vacation with family trying to work is 🤯... BUT after this most recent closing, I will say it’s worth it. It’s worth the early mornings, late nights, and extinguished fires to hear the voice of an excited momma as she gets the keys to her first home. I mean that genuinely. The amount of texts I get thanking me for doing my JOB is insane. It puts into perspective how much we take for granted what owning something means. How special that is for people who never got that feeling until now. So I fully plan on much more stress pacing and welcome it. Summer madness I’m ready for ya.💪🏼

It’s CLOSING DAY!!🍾 Just funded a loan for the most deserving client. This gentlemen is a Nashville local - first time buyer - who honestly just had a go of it. He has gone under contract THREE times but the sellers all pulled out due to various reasons, the competitive market, etc... just craziness! 🤯 I’m so happy that we could finally make this day happen for him. Nothings better than handing those keys over.🔑 Congrats B!

Watched my sis score the winning goal in OT against Ole Miss and thought about the OGs who stood with me back in 2014 when it all began. Words won’t give justice to what this means for myself and countless special individuals who have carried this program all these years. I’m not a letting go gal.🌻Memories, people, places - I hold on to it all. Tonight I drove around my hometown and I’m so thankful for a childhood filled with back roads, windows down, old country blaring on the radio, and football nights.📻 It made me, me. I’m currently consulting the loan for my parents next home and it’s far from here. It makes me sad to think I won’t have a reason to go down here one day. But that’s a part of growing up right? Can’t hold on forever.

What’s home to you? 🐶Home for me is making brunch on a Monday, watching Aida explore in a yard, and a place to host friends on weekends. This morning I got a letter from former clients telling me that they had their first game night & spent the weekend with their grandkids visiting.💗After years of financial struggle they didn’t think these kind of memories were possible.... being the beginning step of people creating their homes, is EXACTLY why I do this. Cherishing that reminder today.
