Thank you to Monarch Hospice for bringing the Taco truck to Heritage Manor! They were delicious.

Gary was our co****le winner with 14 points! What a trophy!
Marion came in second with 12 points and Deanne and Annie tied for third!

The rain held off and we had a beautiful day at Mingo Creek park yesterday. Everyone really enjoyed the picnic food including fried chicken, macaroni salad, cooler corn, and no picnic would be complete without…watermelon!!!

Our new cook Alexis made the Meatloaf Wellington for lunch today. The residents said it was delicious! Way to go Alexis. Welcome to the kitchen team!

The residents had a wonderful time enjoying the Brentwood High School production of Sweet Charity. Thank you for inviting us!

A friend of a resident who worked many years at Brentwood Motor Lodge gave me this postcard today. Thank you Carol. How different it looks today!

I know this is a little late but congratulations to our Queen and King of Madrid Gras, Marlene and Bill. This is Bills second year as King! Everyone was in the Mario Gras spirit and had a blast!

Thank you so much to Britain, owner of The Novel Company and the Century Girls Academy Soccer team for adopting our residents for the adopt a grandparent program.
They brought these adorable balloon buddies and homemade valentines to Heritage on Saturday. Everyone had a great time and the buddies are so adorable!!

Yesterday we were able to visit a new facility for us, Heritage Manor Senior Living in Brentwood. What a great group of residents and staff! We played a wide variety of songs, took requests, there was dancing amongst the staff, lots of jokes and singing along. And a special shout-out to Gloria for teaching us all to line dance in return for us playing her country request 😃💃

Special memories made at the holiday party

Some pictures from the Heritage Manor Holiday party. It was such a beautiful evening spending time with everyone. Thank you to all of the Heritage Manor staff that pulled it all together. The food was delicious and the kitchen team, or should I say “team naughty”. Did an amazing job! Sharome, Eric, Lavar and, our new Heritage team member, Brianna really rocked it!
The Hospitality team had things sparkling and really jumped in to help pull it all together. Mike, Chrystie, Tianna and Ishawnna thank you!
The resident care team had everyone decked out and helped so much with all the details, Rae, Taniesha, OC, Alexis, Shawna, DaResse, Shayna, you all really helped make the night special. Thanks go out to Grace, Erica, Tamika and Stephen for helping clean up the aftermath.
Thank you Tracey for always knowing exactly how it’s supposed to be done and thanks to Gloria jumping in to the craziness. You are both amazing!
We really don’t know what we would ever do without Michael Kain. We could not have pulled this off so perfectly without him! He is the rick for all of us!
I also want to thank Lisa Powell for playing the piano so beautifully and. It makes the night so festive and really adds that extra special touch!
I want to thank God most of all for guiding us and giving us the ability to share wonderful food , drink music and especially memories in His name and to honor His son.
