Decluttering isn’t just about getting rid of stuff—it’s about creating a space that supports your habits and routines. 🧹✨ Clear the path along your journey!

Ready to declutter? Follow these steps to clear the clutter and create a serene, organized space. Share your favorite decluttering tips in the comments! 🧹✨

1. Choose a Space: Focus on one area, such as a drawer, a closet, or a whole room. Start small to avoid feeling overwhelmed.
2. Clear the Area: Empty the space completely. Lay everything out so you can see what you’re working with.
3. Sort Items: Create piles for items to keep, donate, recycle, and toss. Be honest about what you use and need.
4. Clean the Space: Wipe down surfaces and clean the area before putting anything back. A fresh start makes a big difference.
5. Keep What Sparks Joy: Only put back items that truly bring you joy or serve a purpose. Thank you, Marie Kondo! ✨
6. Organize Thoughtfully: Arrange items to support your habits and routines. Use containers, labels, and organizers to keep things tidy.

Day 3 of kickboxing challenge. Took a break yesterday due to left knee pain! Still feeling it in my knee, so I took it a bit easy today but still had a good time, felt the challenge, broke a good sweat, and kicked some ass (gently!).

Just made the best mayo-free deviled eggs! 6 hard boiled eggs, 1/4 cup organic Greek yogurt, and 2tsp fancy mustard of choice (Dijon or stone ground). Add a dash more yogurt if your hola are dry. Salt and pepper to taste and paprika to garnish. Healthy, protein-packed, and delicious!!

Think about high-fiving your teammate after a game where you want lean protein to fuel your muscles (palm for protein).

Fist pump or "pound it" with your buddy for eating vegetables (fist for veg). Boom!

Cradle your carbs in your cupped hand as you cherish the healthy carbs and scoop out the bad ones (cupped hand for carbs).

And finally, a big thumbs up for healthy fats at every meal (Thumb for fats)!

Eliminate alcohol and boost your nutrition and fitness for better brain health.

Our brain naturally releases dopamine in response to doing things we enjoy, such as exercising, baking, or being outdoors.

Drinking alcohol overstimulates the dopamine-mediated pleasure centers, hence why drinking is so good. However, overwhelming these receptors cause our bodies to produce less dopamine. This leads to the reliance on alcohol to feel good and enjoying your healthier activities less.
