I just finished boxing up my final Christmas orders, and I just wanted to hop on here and say a HUGE thank you to everyone who ordered this month! Because of you I am able to continue doing what I love from home with my babies. I love making delicious treats for all my amazing customers, and I hope you all enjoy them and can truly feel all the love I put into each cake and treat! I can't wait to continue this journey and share all the things i have in store for Itsy Bitsy Cakes ❤️

I just finished up all the Thanksgiving presale orders and got them out tonight. I didn't expect this to blow up like this! Not only did I bake for my presale but i also sold and baked mini cakes by order too these past two weeks. I have been BUSY, but I am not complaining one bit.

Because of everyone who ordered i get to continue doing what I love.. baking ❤️

I will be taking the remainder of this week off to spend time time with family for Thanksgiving and resume baking on November 29th.

I won't lie. I was STRESSED this past weekend. I didn't expect my small business to blow up like it did. On Saturday night I was up until almost 1 oclock am baking mini cakes for all my awesome people who ordered! It may not seem like a lot but almost 80 cakes is ALOT when it's just you. I feel so happy and blessed from all the happy customers and feedback I have gotten! I can't wait to finish up the Thanksgiving flavors next week and get to work on Christmas cakes for y'all. ❤️

I am Ashley, the baker behind it all.
Alittle about me is that I am a Mama to two toddlers, and a wife to my best friend. I spend alot of time at home, but my happy place is being outdoors and enjoying the East Tennessee mountains.

Itsy Bitsy Cakes came to me after my Mama and I scored a good deal on some baking supplies on a random Thursday trip to Goodwill. No lie.

My love for cooking and baking came at an early age because I watched alongside my Great Great Granny and my Mama for many years. I realized baking was my thing when I wanted to spend countless hours making Christmas candy as a kid, and we'll the rest is history. I have been baking ever since.

What is Itsy Bitsy Cakes?
I offer homemade specialty flavored mini cakes. They are sold in sets of 4, with a recycled fork and resealable package to keep your cakes fresh.
