Late to the party but..HAPPY NEW YEARS to everybody! Hope 2022 will be full of growth and wealth for you and your family💚.
2021 I believe was just the beginning and it was a great start!🏃🏿‍♂️💨 I did and accomplished things I wouldn't even dare of doing the previous year, but what's growth without discomfort🤔
I was coming from a dark place when I entered 2021. I was lost and wasn't myself but I SET MY MIND that wasn't going to stay like this, so I did something about it. So I got to WORK😤
Started a business, did multiple obstacles races, organized a basketball tournament for the community, staying in the gym, being an advocate for health and fit, so on... I truly believe I born to be a leader and the best leaders lead by EXAMPLE!
So I'm going to keep working, because I know people are watching.
Also I want to give a big shout out to one of the realist brother I knew. Kyle Pierre aka KP. When I found out about he's passing I sobbed like a baby. He was a light and angel to the world. RIP Soldier I'll take it from here💪🏾💯

Wanted to share something personal with you today and hopefully you'll be motivated to have a great week😊
Life comes at you Hard when you're young. You think you know everything and you're prepared for what ever comes your way. Boy was I wrong😳 In just a couple of years I've been in this Rollercoaster and it seemed like it was just going down and it won't come back up. I went through every emotion in just a short span. I was always thinking negative, I didn't love myself, I was paranoid and even suicidal🥺 and nobody knew but my family. Everybody was perplexed on who this new Brima was. Old Brima was ALWAYS positive and always thought about helping others and of course was a gym rat😁💪🏽.
So I had to remind myself who the F**K I was. Brima will always be someone who loves working hard and being positive. If he can he will help others along the way. Life will try to knock you down but its up to you if you wanna stay down or get up and punch back🔥😤 I'm a stronger person because of what I went through and thats why I'll always say life is the BEST teacher ever because it will test you and challenge you more than anybody💯 So if I can do it, so can you🙏🏽

I believe the purpose of every man is to become a strong tree to provide oxygen to his community💯💚

I completed the !! A 7 mile race 🏃🏾in the mud with 27 obstacles in our way. I wanted to run because I wanted to be challenged and be uncomfortable. In life there's going to be obstacles in our way but its up to us to go through it and finish, while looking out for each other.
If you want to grow or go anywhere in life you need to learn how to be COMFORTABLE being UNCOMFORTABLE. That's the only way!!
