Today the PTA was able to provide all the Baker staff with a little end of the year treat to help everyone get through the last days of school! We are so grateful to all the incredible teachers and staff that we have here at the Baker School. Wish we had s'more time together! 💚

Our 5th grade Bobcats danced the afternoon away and both cakes were gone as quickly as they were served! We hope everyone had a fun time at the 5th grade dance.

Today our Bobcats got to cheer on everyone's favorite gym teacher Mrs. Lyczynski as she took her ride into retirement in style! The kids created signs and cheered for her as she rode around the school. Mrs. L has been an incredible supporter of the PTA and we are so grateful to her. Enjoy your well deserved retirement Mrs. L!

Congratulations to this year’s Elaine Santos Scholarship winner, Carmie Simpreus! In her essay, Carmie spoke highly of her time at the Baker; her teachers and friends made coming to school an enjoyable experience. Carmie is headed to Massasoit in September where she will continue her educational journey.

On behalf of the PTA, I want to say a big huge THANK YOU to everyone who donated to our Booster Fundraiser. After Booster fees we were able to raise over $14,000 for our Bobcats! That money will do so much good for our kids and we are so grateful for everyone's help.

I hope everyone's child had a great time at the Glow Run, I will be posting a lot of pictures later after I go through them.

If your child was supposed to get a prize today, don't worry it's still coming! We chose to do today's prizes tomorrow for the sake of time. They will be sent home tomorrow.

Also keep sharing our fundraiser, we still have a bonus week to keep raising money. There will be no more prizes sent home but we can still raise more money!

Today was also 'bring or draw your teacher a flower day' and when I was at the school this morning it looked like a field of beautiful flowers! Thank you to all the families for playing along during our spirit week meant to make our staff and teachers feel special. I hope everyone enjoyed themselves and I can't wait to see all the crazy hair tomorrow!

The PTA team was able to start off Teacher and Staff Appreciation Week with some snacks for everyone who works so hard to make the Baker great!

Hello Baker families, we hope everyone is having a nice weekend.

Your bobcat should have come home with a flyer this week about Baker Staff Appreciation week and we wanted to note that MONDAY and FRIDAY have been switched, MONDAY WILL BE DRESS TO IMPRESS DAY and FRIDAY WILL BE CRAZY HAIR DAY.

This spirit week is meant to highlight our incredible Baker School teachers and staff. We encourage everyone to participate and maybe even write a thank you note to your favorite custodian or give your favorite lunch worker a high five! Our school has such hardworking staff and this is a fun opportunity to share our thanks.

Also please note that on Super Hero Day, no masks and no toy weapons are allowed. Any questions feel free to reach out!

Don't forget this evening is our Texas Roadhouse fundraiser! Dine in or take out, just show them this flyer or mention our PTA to get us 10% of your order total. We will also be there with goodies and raffles, can't wait to see all our Baker families!
