Today is National Tea Day. My dehydrator has been busy the last two days drying things for tea. I have a big pile of raspberry leaves dried already. I currently have Apple mint and chocolate mint in the dehydrator.

Raspberry leaves have a wide variety of nutritional and health benefits. They have moderate levels of calcium, potassium, iron, manganese, and magnesium, as well as vitamins B, C, and E. They also contain ketones and antioxidants.
