I encounter a lot of clients who are unsure about what energy healing is or does and are frankly not versed in some of the lingo that we can use as energy healer. 🌟 First and foremost, abundance is a feeling before it’s a reality. How do you feel about being abundant? Many spiritual practices encourage us to feel abundant first, to then materialize it in our lives.

But what is abundance, really? It’s more than just having enough; it’s having more than we need. It’s a sense of plenty, the opposite of scarcity.

On an energetic level, abundance and scarcity are two sides of the same coin. When we constantly focus on what we lack, we direct our energy towards scarcity. Energy flows where attention goes.

To attract abundance, we must start with gratitude. (Yes, I used to struggle with that word too!) Being grateful for what you have shifts your focus to abundance, and where your attention goes, energy flows.

Become aware of your thoughts and behaviors. Correct those that don’t serve you. Remember, it always starts with you. 🌟

In every class, certification, and session, common themes emerge. Yesterday, the focus was on the roles of parenthood and the concept of healing.

As I continue to train skeptics who are curious about healing, I witness profound transformations. You don’t need to believe in what I do; just remain open and curious.

While Western medicine excels in treating physical ailments like fractures and diseases, I also delve into the energetic imbalances that may have triggered these issues. By addressing the energetic body, I believe we can facilitate faster physical healing in collaboration with medical professionals. Energy healing and Western medicine are not opposing forces; they complement each other.
