The University of Louisiana at Lafayette's ROTC program received a monetary donation from the Patrick Williamson Memorial Foundation. The ROTC cadets attend and volunteer during the foundation's annual shoot-out.

The Patrick Williamson Memorial Foundation was recognized at the annual Christmas dinner held by the Professional Insurance Agents of Acadiana, Inc., and were graciously presented with a check from their organization.

Congratulations to our 21st recipient, USMC (ret) Sgt Tyler Vargas Andrews on receiving the keys to his wheelchair accessible vehicle this week.

The Patrick Williamson Memorial Foundation, along with Help Our Military Heroes are honored to make a difference in the lives of American heroes like Sgt Vargas Andrews.

Today, we pay tribute to St Thomas More Alumni Sgt. Patrick Oliver Williamson '04 and Pvt. Mark W. Graham '02, by reserving a chair for them at our Veteran’s Day Mass and reflecting on their sacrifice throughout the day. The 3rd chair represents all fallen soldiers. Their memory humbles us, and we remain forever grateful.

In July 2023, Major John Rock received a customized vehicle from The Patrick Williamson Memorial Foundation (with the assistance of Help Our Military Heroes). Major Rock, US Army, was injured while deployed on the SW border in 2022. While doing PT, he was run over by a vehicle that ran a stop sign. He suffered multiple injuries and is now paraplegic. He and his wife have 9 children (7 of which are still at home). Major Rock stated that this is the first new vehicle he has ever owned.
