Our CSL Plasma Brownsville 113 center has reopened and is accepting plasma donors.

Nuestro centro CSL Plasma Brownsville 113 ha reabierto y está aceptando donantes de plasma.

Effective immediately, anyone with a B-1/B-2 visa (including a Border Cross Card) may enter the United States to donate plasma for compensation. This is due to the Court’s Order (see excerpt below) entered into on September 16, 2022. Please reach out to your local CSL Plasma collection center staff if you have any questions.

“The court ORDERS that Defendants are hereby PRELIMINARY ENJOINED from taking any action to implement or enforce the Plasma Guidance, see Mem. Op. at 5, which states that “donation of plasma for compensation in the U.S. by B-1/B-2 non-immigrant visa holders is a violation of the terms of their visa and crossing the border for that express purpose will no longer be permitted under any circumstances”

The court further ORDERS that Defendants are hereby PRELIMINARILY ENJOINED from taking any action to stop, prevent, or otherwise impede B-1/B-2 non-immigrant visa holders from entering the United States to donate plasma for compensation.”

Efectivo de inmediato, toda persona con una visa B1 o B2 (incluyendo una tarjeta de cruce fronterizo) puede ingresar a Estados Unidos para donar plasma a cambio de una remuneración. Esto se debe a una sentencia de la corte (ver el fragmento abajo) emitida el 16 de septiembre de 2022.
