How do I make my acrylic paint thicker and more opaque? I got this paint I thought would be it, and it's so disappointing! My gouache was more opaque 😭😭😭

I can't wait for sweater weather! But I also have multiple sweaters I need to finish before that 🤣

I finished my first crochet top, the Luna top, and I'm so in love!!!! 😍 I did make a few mistakes, mostly because I was falling asleep while crocheting lol 🤦🏽‍♀️ But it's still gorgeous, I can't wait to make more of them. And the drape is just to die for!

This top is size Small/Medium, and made with Bamboo yarn in the color Dijon 🌼✨💛

FINALLY started on the Luna top, and chose a totally different color from the first 2 I was contemplating using 💁🏽‍♀️ This color is so beautiful, and the pictures aren't doing it justice AT ALL!! The color is called "Dijon" and it's a beautiful golden color with a bit of a shine to it. It's 100% bamboo yarn from Lucky Brand (yes like the jeans lol) I got it from JoAnn's. This brand/type of yarn has a lot of other pretty colors too, and I'll definitely be getting some more 😍

I can't wait to see this top finished! The finished size will be a medium (according to the pattern).

Trying to figure out what color to make this crop top, normally the first time I make a pattern I make one for myself, so I choose the color I want. But this time I'm not doing that, the first top I'm making is going to be a size Medium. So I want to make sure that I make something others will like, and not just me. I prefer muted and Earth tones these days myself 💁🏽‍♀️

What do you like better option 1 or 2? I need some assistance here....

Working on a cat beanie to go with some mesh sleeves I made 🧶 🐱✨

I love the colors of this yarn. When I finished the sleeves, I wanted to make an accessory that matched. After starting, and frogging, half a slouchy beanie, I decided to make a cat beanie instead. I loved how the others I made came out, and I think I'm going to love this one too 😍

Well, Valentine's Day is over, and I am FINALLY done with my Valentine's collection. But, I haven't been able to take any good pictures yet (😭), so those are coming soon! ⛓️ Beaded chains on the Cat Beanies look so beautiful!!! I want to make myself one now! They were made with Gemstone and glass beads; the one on the left has Agate and Clear Quartz, and the one on the right has Amethyst and Rose Quartz 💎 They are also REMOVABLE!!!

💌 So, a transparent update on the Valentine's Drop: Last night I had a family emergency and unfortunately was unable to finish everything I had to do so I could stay on track to take the pictures and post everything today. I should have given myself more time, but I wanted to release everything before V-day so people had time to receive their items. I chose today, February 7, because it was my late step-mother's birthday, and I wanted to keep her memory alive, even if it's only in my own heart. Running a business as a single mother, who also works 2 jobs, on top of trying to take care of self is a lot lol. There are always unexpected things that happen, or events that pop up last minute. But I love being able to create and I wouldn't trade it for the world 💜

💌 So with all that being said, I hope to have everything done, photographed, and uploaded by Saturday afternoon at the latest. Once all the wearables are photographed I will upload them, and same with the jewelry. Thanks for sticking with me everyone, I can wait to show y'all the finished products!!! 💜🩷🤍

I'm so in awe of this, I could smell it before I saw the flowers were opening up 😊 Nature just endlessly fascinates me 💜

Soooooo I started making this hat, because I love the yarn, and the colors and I really wanted to showcase this yarn with a "basic" stitch because the yarn goes from chunky to skinny and back to chunky, and I just love it! (I literally bought every skein they had left at Joann's lol) Soooo the last 2 are the final form and needless to say, I'm going to make another one, or 5 lol.

Im considering making a pair of fingerless gloves (because I absolutely love making them) to go with the hat, let me know what y'all think I should do!
