SACRED GEOGRAPHY OF BUFFALO-NIAGARA
7 p.m., TONIGHT, Inspiration Point,
483 Elmwood Ave., Buffalo
You are invited to attend a unique presentation by Jung Center President, Franklin LaVoie, a Jungian scholar, visionary artist and mytho-poet, who has poured more than 30 years in the research behind his stunning discoveries from ancient times to the present in his three-part Sacred Geography of Buffalo-Niagara presentation. Parts 2 and 3 will continue on Thursdays, November 14, and December 12. Drop by Inspiration Point, 483 Elmwood Ave., Buffalo, this evening at 7 p.m. Admission: $27.
Tonight’s presentation will include startling evidence that ancient Atlantis left footprints in North America’s Native American legends and culture which remain here today. The presentation is an invaluable well-spring of information revealed in legends, artifacts, and the thousands of ancient Native American mounds that litter the landscape. LaVoie reveals that the Atlantian religion was reflected in the Mississippian Valley culture with “Egyptian-type” rites which were also shared by our local Iroquoian ancestors, whose history in the Buffalo Creek is also explored.
Come with an open mind and bring questions. It’s definitely an exciting presentation.
Join us Friday for a fresh and engaging art exhibit. Mantha will also be on hand with their inspiring blend of music for meditation and unique synthesis of musical collaboration across several music styles. Both have been an awesome synergy of the arts and inspiration.
