Empire State Ride is a seven-day, 500+ mile cycling adventure across New York State to end cancer. The daily ride is about 70 – 80 miles, with one 100-mile day.

A brain tumor vaccine called SurVaxM, developed at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, has been granted Fast Track Designation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.

This unique immunotherapy treatment vaccine, now being developed by MimiVax, targets survivin, a protein that helps cancer cells stay alive. Empire State Ride road warriors played a key role in raising funds to turn this concept into a lifesaving reality!

It has been 53 days since we crossed the finish line at Old Falls Street USA. We can't wait for registration to open for the 10-year anniversary in 2024! From July 22 to July 29, 2023, 276 cyclists embarked on the journey of a lifetime across New York State. Together, they raised $2 million for cancer research at Roswell Park. That's a new fundraising RECORD for ESR, since the event began in 2014!πŸ†
