A brain tumor vaccine called SurVaxM, developed at Roswell Park Comprehensive Cancer Center, has been granted Fast Track Designation by the U.S. Food and Drug Administration.
This unique immunotherapy treatment vaccine, now being developed by MimiVax, targets survivin, a protein that helps cancer cells stay alive. Empire State Ride road warriors played a key role in raising funds to turn this concept into a lifesaving reality!

It has been 53 days since we crossed the finish line at Old Falls Street USA. We can't wait for registration to open for the 10-year anniversary in 2024! We will continue to support and strive for a world without cancer. Until then, we will ride countless miles and fundraise for more treatment and cures.

From July 22 to July 29, 2023, 276 cyclists embarked on the journey of a lifetime across New York State. Together, they raised $2 million for cancer research at Roswell Park. That's a new fundraising RECORD for ESR, since the event began in 2014!π

We have the honor of seeing the Freedom Tower as we ride through New York City on Day 1 each year. It's a moment of pride and remembrance for everyone involved in ESR.
Camping during the week is a major bonus for our road warriors because it builds relationships and camaraderie.βΊπ«Ά
