Week 3/6 of the the Airbnb Intensive Bootcamp is this Tuesday May 24.
Week 1: we set up our businesses and wrote the first draft of our scripts. We created our Executive packets and researched our preferred markets. (2hrs)
Week 2: we reviewed the laws and regulations of our preferred markets. We finalized our scripts, and did a deep dive into the world of short term rental platforms. Decided who we would market to. Budgets and expenses of the acquisition. Learned to locate units that accept subleasing AND corporate leases (3.5hrs)
This week we will follow up on the homework. Calling different complexes, landlords, & property managers to acquire a unit.
Review more analytics. Design, decor, and supplies. We will work on the design boards and get started with the wishlists.

It’s not that don’t accept your corporate lease. It’s your approach.
People like to be wined and dined before you just ask for the s*x.
So instead of “do you accept corporate leases” try “How many units do you have available for corporate leasing”
Sounds sweeter and you get the answer to two questions:
1. They accept corporate leasing.
2. You pretty much know how much competition will be in the building for short term rentals.
