It's kinda cool to think someone somewhere is having the best day of their life today. Someone's hearing "I love you" for the first time today. Someone got the job of their dreams today. Someone received some great news today. Someone felt secure and anxiety free because of God's presence today. Today or tomorrow could be your best day so keep going..

Helpful information about the difference between stress and depression. Sometimes it can be difficult to differentiate between the two when you are the one who is struggling.

How do you tell the difference between stress and depression? Both can affect you in similar ways, but there are key differences. Symptoms of depression can be much more intense. They last at least two weeks. Depression causes powerful mood changes, such as painful sadness and despair. You may feel exhausted and unable to act.

These are only a fraction of what people can experience when it comes to stress or depression. Not everyone's experience is the same, and not everyone with depression will have the same experiences.
