The Salon

So, there was no government mandate to close the salons at this time, so we will continue to be open for business for those who want (or need) to work.
With that being said, we know that most of the shopping centers are just about vacant now, so for your safety, we are keeping the front doors locked, to be open from the outside only by your fob. You will need to greet your client at the door, unless there is a Salon Coordinator on site to let them in.
Why? Safety is our main priority for you. Our locations may just have a handful of salon professionals working at the same time. We don't want anyone working alone inside and be surprised by an unwelcome guest.
Also, this takes the CDC compliance to the next level, in making sure we don't have several people in the lobby or hallways, awaiting services. Please let all of your upcoming appointments know to call or text you when they are in the parking lot. You can let them know when you are ready and can let them in.
We are doing this for Your safety as well as Your client's safety!

This is Jenn your hair girl. Times are a little weird.....I will only do 5 or less clients during this time. Between each client I will sanitize my room during each hair do.

My appointment book sucks right now but I can reassure my room is clean as a whistle. Next paragraph is from the owners of Phenix. Sorry but our lives might get shut down for a minute.

Hi Phenix Family. We understand that you may have concerns about the Coronavirus and running your Salon business. Our Salon Coordinators are being very diligent in making hourly rounds to disinfect high traffic areas, such as the front door, the bathrooms/door handles, the breakroom and the washer/dryers in the laundry area. We are using Chlorox to disinfect these areas that come in contact with many different hands. We suggest you do the same with your suite, as well as the door handle of your own suite, to help keep sanitized.

With everyone being scared about the coronavirus I’m here to remind you guys that your hairstylist (should) already be cleaning and properly sanitizing each and every individual tool between each client.

Our cleaners are hospital grade & mandatory to be used by our state board.

I am also taking extra precautions to spray Lysol & use hand sanitizer (yes i have some do not come and raid my salon) and we also diffuse lavender essential oils in our air purifier.

If you are feeling sick, PLEASE reschedule your appointments.

If your healthy but feeling uneasy due to the media, your hair salon could actually be one of the cleanest places you come in contact with.

Let’s all take precautions to be extra clean, but let’s also keep an eye on the things that could crumble our economy and your local small business due to being scared by the media.
