It is a very special full moon today, not only is it a Supermoon but also a Blue moon!
A Blue Moon signifies the 13th moon in a calendar year, a number linked to the Goddess and feminine energy. This connection is due to the alignment of the menstrual cycle with the moon cycle rather than the calendar month, leading to the longstanding association of feminine mysteries with the moon.
Invite some silence and stillness today
Light a candle, smudge your sacred space, open windows, let in fresh air and air out old stagnant energy. Meditate!

On this wednesday wisdom words, take a few moments to mull over these words. What you are the world is. This can be an intense activity, watching your own conversation with self. Swadhyay (self study) is one of the hardest yet one of the most enlightening principles of yoga. You are your own world, the world is within you. Invite peace, calm, kindness, love into your world.

Beauty is we can change how we view things how we perceive things if we can consider the difference in views other than ours.
Take a moment to think today, how attached you are to your own views, how open you are to consider someone else's view, if there is resistance dive deeper into the why of it.
