The answer of why so many miss the mark is habits.
Consistent habits allow us to achieve our goals.

The following 8 habits will help you achieve your goals…

💪🏽 Begin with the end in mind. Know what you want to achieve or accomplish.

💪🏽 Change your environment to match your goals. Don’t do Jiu Jitsu on hardwood floors at home. Make a place to train!

💪🏽 Reduce the drag. Things that keep you from obtaining your goals, cut them out or try to minimize them if possible.

💪🏽 Discipline > than motivation. When motivation fades, discipline remains. When your consistent you constantly build that don’t quit muscle!

💪🏽 Use the when then life hack. For example when I achieve my orange belt, I’m going to focus on getting my black belt.

💪🏽 Reward your self! Celebrate your accomplishments along the way. Then set a new goal and do it again.

💪🏽 Track your progress. Take notes, use your TXBBA journal and write down memorable details or success stories. You never know when it’ll be your turn to share them!

💪🏽 Start small, but dream BIG. Don’t try to accomplish all your goal in one step. Make your first steps small and achievable to help build big moment for the BIG things.
