Savannah crushes her goals with Personal Trainer Joel at Texas Health, Willow Park! In just 7 months of working with Joel, she lost 50 pounds of body fat and also completed a half marathon in under 2.5 hours!
Besides the Physical benefits of getting in shape, Savannah has seen a dramatic increase in her strength and endurance. Seeing progress month after month motivates her, and going to gym has helped her with clarity and mental health, no matter how hard the workout was she always leaves feeling better than when she walked in.
