Cryo T-Shock Facials and T-Shock Slimming are non-invasive and pain-free!
This 50-60 minute body contouring treatment employs quick cycles of hot and cold at varying times and temperatures. This thermal shock, T-Shock for short, effectively kills fat cells, soothes cellulite, and speeds up lymphatic drainage to clear skin and tissues.
How it works:
Subcutaneous fat cells are more vulnerable to the cold compared to other surrounding tissue. I was born in Minnesota, moved to Georgia at 4 yrs of age, to Florida at 16 years of age(where I met my wonderful husband, who is from Minnesota!), moved to Texas at 25 yrs of age. I have 4 grown fabulous boys and currently have 6 grandchildren who I love so much!

I try to be a light to all around me and be a Godly leader and example to my family and as a business owner. I am incredibly blessed!

I love to spend time with my family, traveling with my husband, hiking, kayaking, and gardening.

Our Whole Body Cryotherapy chambers use nitrogen gas to lower your skin temperature to about 30 degrees Fahrenheit.
