I think this combination might be my favorite yet! I’ve always been obsessed with this color and it’s never steered me wrong. I love how fun it is for summer, yet how much it gives me all the feels of fall. The intricate detail on the top drawers really stands out in this color as well, aaaaand I LOVE this drawer liner. It’s definitely making an appearance in my house at some point 😂

This piece is unique in that it’s very low to the ground. It’s the bottom of a 2 piece hutch and without the top it acts more like the perfect tv stand or entryway bench! I’m excited to give it a sophisticated yet fun makeover! The color combo is going to pair so well with the hardware. Stay tuned! This one will be coming soon to make room for other projects. 😍😍😍

Remember this piece? It was a really fun project. I knew I wanted it to stand out and I was so excited to use that paper! It sold last month to Dave Truesdale. Dave is a home stager and his work is amazing. This pretty display cabinet was on display in a gorgeous renovated home in Minneapolis. I love how he staged the cabinet. It looks so sophisticated and it blends in so well with the rest of the home decor he chose.

Alright friends! This piece has been sitting for too long. Sometimes that happens…. And when it does it’s usually a good indicator that it needs a new color. So here we go!!! It truly is gorgeous in white, but it will be just as gorgeous in green. 🤩🤩🤩🤩

It’s been a while since I’ve refinished a tallboy! I’m not sure why, but they aren’t in demand like other dressers. 🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️🤷‍♀️. But isn’t she pretty? I liked this project because I’m not super attracted to navy blue. I’m not sure why?? It’s just never been a color I jump at. So when I was asked to paint this in Navy I was excited to step out of my comfort zone in terms of color. ❤️❤️❤️

It’s a classic piece, in a classic color, and I’m so happy this piece will have a new home.

Phew 😮‍💨 this piece!!! If you’ve been following along you’ve basically heard my thought process out loud for the direction of this piece. Yikes! This one took me on so many different paths. It definitely kept me on my toes!

It’s finished and will be ready for a new home soon. I had a number of road blocks but they all lead to this gorgeous update and I’m pretty happy with the results.

Painted in Cafe Ole by Benjamin Moore; a dusty mauve/pink with brown undertones it has a really fun sophisticated feel yet whimsical at the same time. Paired with the dark blue and gold paper and new handles it really highlights the walnut top ( which I can’t get enough of).

As always I can’t wait to see this beauty in its new home. 🏠 💕💕💕

I’m torn between which handles to go with on this Rway 8 drawer dresser… I can’t decide if I should stick with the originals or go with something more modern.

Well this piece is sure taking me for a ride!! These pieces rarely go the way I plan them in my head, and that’s why I typically have lots of plan B’s and C’s and D’s…lol!!!

This piece has taken on a whole new vibe. I was soooo hoping to go with the dark vintage wine color but unfortunately these are extra deep drawers and the paper didn’t fit 😞. So plan B! I am convinced the only color that will match that paper is vintage wine so it will have to wait for the right piece. I really hope we don’t have to move to plan C because it’s looking very pretty already! And look 👀 👀👀 at that wood grain! Eek!! 😬

My next project is going to be a fun one!!

Shout out to everyone that helped me pick a color for this piece! I decided to go with Nom De Plume by Melange Paints. It was a tough decision, but as I went to look back at my projects, I realized it had almost been 2 years since I painted a piece white. 😮 😮😮. It’s not my typical go to color for a handful of reasons. But this piece is just perfect for this shade of white. And that drawer liner has been sitting around for waaayyy too long. I’m happy it finally found its matching piece.

The top and bottom skirt have been tan washed to help lighten the red tones in the wood. It all has come together really nicely and I’m pretty happy with the results.

This would make the perfect coffee bar, small buffet, tv console, entryway table, or my favorite idea for it… a nursery dresser! 😍😍😍. Message if interested!!

I would love to hear from you! I have this sweet little buffet inside ready to be painted. The top and skirt are a natural raw wood oak, and I’m undecided on color. What would you pick?

I will be adding hardware to the drawers because…well… no hardware is just awkward in my opinion. This will be a very cool set when finished.
