Adult Summer Reading adventure starts Tuesday, 7/23, at 7pm at Trivia Night 7 Locks Brewing! It's time for trivia led by MCPL librarians! Learn about Adult Summer Reading and get a square for your bingo card. More details at https://mcpl.events/trivia

Adult Summer Reading is a new addition to MCPL's Summer Reading Program. Adults can participate by signing up online at https://mcpl.link/summer-reading-challenge and completing activities, reading books, and attending Adult Summer Reading events throughout the summer. Participants can earn up to four raffle tickets for the chance at winning a prize.

Due to forecasted weather conditions, we have moved our storytime scheduled for Monday, 7/22 at 10:30am at the Ellsworth Urban Park to inside the Brigadier General Charles E. McGee Library, at 11am.

This family storytime will feature books, songs and rhymes that promote early literacy skills.

Learn to sew with Sunday, 7/14, from 1-3pm in a free workshop at Wheaton Library.

Help them sew together the crochet panels for the parade route installation this year, and improve your skills in the process! All skill levels welcome. Supplies provided. In the Multi-Purpose Room.

Montgomery County Public Libraries’ Summer Reading Challenge offers adults a chance to fill their summer with great books and fun activities.

Participating is easy:
