After a long hard winter, my kids like to take advantage of the beautiful summer weather by playing games on their iPad in the lounge room all day. 😅😳

Curry nights are one of our favourites, but with the weather heating up (HOORAY!) curries are going to be non-existent on family dinner rotation pretty soon (BOO!). 🔥🍛

So tonight we're having one last special curry night before putting away the papadums for the summer. On the menu is this pumpkin and chickpea satay curry (pictured) and a chicken tikka masala. 🤤

My youngest used to pronounce milk with an f. Very cute, but also a bit awkward when he'd run up to me in the park with his arms outstretched yelling "M**F"! 😂😳🍼

It's almost summer holidays in the US, and that means picnic time! 🥳🌿🌞🌻

One of the best tips I've been given for having more stress-free, fun picnics with the family is to keep it simple (besides having amazing lightweigt dinnerware 😜)!

While it's amazing going to mindblowingly beautiful locations for your picnics, you can have just as much fun having one in your own backyard, or setting up at your local park. The easier you make it the more often you'll do it. And what's better than eating outdoors (just don't forget your bug spray!).
