For most growers, stripping down all cherries at once is more feasible and time-efficient. However, our farmers handpick only red, fully grown, ripe cherries with a high sugar content for optimum sweetness in the cup.

For the quality-picking, farmers would be paid twice as much at Vinadrip if they work for the commercial trader. We made a commitment to sourcing sustainable coffee.
