These very fertile lands and islands are famous for olive oil and a variety of herbs, vegetables, and lots of fresh fish. Inspired by a couple of recent trips to the Aegean, Chef Ana is eager to share some fun ways to celebrate spring ingredients and highlight great olive oil.
