Moo! from our team’s recent visit to the beautiful High Lawn Farm. 🐄 Amye and the team were the most gracious hosts and showed us around their third generation-owned family farm in Western Mass.

Highlights included petting the adorable Jersey cows (and calves!), looking in on the bottling process, climbing the historic clock tower and gazing upon the Berkshires, and eating the most delicious local cheese.

We have been serving their milk in our cafes for over a decade and couldn't be more excited about it — you'll truly taste the difference from these happy cows!

The story of this coffee begins in 2006 with a mere 5 Sidra seedlings, gifted to Consuelo Rubio Peralta’s family by a friend who wanted to help them in their search for coffee rust-resistant plants that thrived in their particular soil conditions.

Flash forward to today: Sidra is one of many varieties that are thriving on Finca San Francisco, her family farm, but we love this one in particular for its bright floral sweetness. Truly a labor of love, Consuelo Rubio Peralta’s coffee showcases what happens when a family works together for years to perfect their techniques, enhance their products, and deliver a righteous bean from their farm to your cup.
