5am sunrise with bands, bags and bleachers!! Looking for a summer workout come check out Top Fuhol this summer: Monday, Wednesday and Fridays 5am-6am.
Wednesdays this summer we will be getting outside and doing a variety of workouts. Tire flips, sledge hammers, sled pushes, track and bleacher workout.

January we will be starting up our "Leg Every Day" program.
15 min: Structured warm-up: Bands, footwork, ladders, medballs, kickbox
45 min: Weightroom with a partner or on your own with guidance of trainer.
