Maltagliati with striper collar puttanesca
Keep an eye out for this unique pasta shape on the menu this winter. Maltagliati means “irregular” or “poorly cut” and is typically made from the off cuts of making other sheeted pasta. Our version is a wide diamond shape, making it perfect for scooping up a more robust sauce.
