Female Intensive Training Camp (Boot Camps), Personal Training, Weight Loss Management Coach and Run Camp. I have a passion for people, exercise and education.

I am a personal trainer, weight loss coach and teach a female intensive training (F.I.T.) I specialize in strength and endurance training as well as senior stability and balance training. I love helping people define their goals and meet them. I am a running and group class ju**ie too! My life experiences have taught me a lot and I find that having someone that has been through it and understands it (whatever "it" might be) really helps with pushing through the struggle!

I am a personal trainer, group exercise instructor, weight loss coach and teach a female intensive training (F.I.T.) Camp. I specialize in strength and endurance training as well stability and balance training. My focus is currently gerontology (important to keep the mind and body active as we age)! I have a passion for people, exercise and education. I love helping people define their goals and meet them. I am a running and group class ju**ie too! My life experiences have taught me a lot and I find that having someone that has been through it and understands it (whatever "it" might be) really helps with pushing through the struggles and celebrating the hard earned successes!
