"Bob from McMurray solved a problem with my Lennox heater which had become unable to run the heating cycle. In the process of troubleshooting he had replaced the flame sensor with a new one, and while he could have just left it at that and charged me for the part, he took the time to take it back out and check if the old one just needed cleaning. That turned out to be the case, and it's much appreciated!"
