Few more days until Memorial Day Murph! Here is the time line for the day. Please if you are not attending the Opening Ceremony make sure to arrive at least 30min before your heat to let Jeff or I know you are there! If you have a friend or family member who has not worked out with us before we need to get a signed waiver before they workout! Settle in and get warmed up and don’t forget to pick out your soldier bib you want to wear during your workout! These are for you to keep!

5:30am - First Heat
7:30am - Opening Ceremony

We will be getting a heat group photo in front of the Murph banner before your heat starts! Don’t forget to sign the banner!! Opening Ceremony will be streamed live on our page!

Athlete Justin Nunley focusing on form with his pull up. One tool Coach Jeff has worked with him on is keeping his feet crossed to keep from having loose legs during a kip. This allows the athlete to generate more power and control in the kip which In return will cue the correct muscle to be pulling during the pull up. Great job
