๐ฅ ๐ฅ Chicken Salad Chaffle ๐ฅ ๐ฅ
Chaffle Ingredients
1 heaping tbsp of Almond Flour
1/2 cup Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
1 egg
1/4 tsp Cracked Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Onion Powder
1/4 tsp Everything Bagel Season
2 heaping tbsp shredded Cheddar Cheese (to place directly on the mini waffle maker). This will make the Chaffle crispy on the outside.
Chicken Salad Ingredients
Cooked Chicken Breast OR you can use canned Chicken Breast. Drain and shred the Chicken and put in bowl. Add a little yellow Mustard and enough Mayo to get the consistency you like. Mix in some chopped Red Onion and season well. I season the chicken with black pepper, Pink Himalayan Salt, Onion Powder, Garlic Powder, Smoked Paprika and dried Parsley. You can add any other spices you like or other ingredients like Bacon!!
Keto Bacon Jalapeno Poppers
Ingredients
10 jalapeno peppers approximately 3 inches long
10 slices bacon thin sliced (normal sliced)
ยฝ c grated jack cheese
6 oz block-style full fat cream cheese softened
ยฝ tablespoon of avocado oil or olive oil
ยฝ tsp salt
ยผ tsp pepper
ยฝ tsp onion powder
Instructions
*Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F
*Line a sheet pan with parchment paper or aluminum foil or parchment paper and brush it with the avocado oil or spray with cooking spray oil.
*Slice the jalapenos in half lengthwise and use a spoon to scrape out the seeds etc.
*Mix the, jack cheese, cream cheese, onion powder, salt, and pepper.
*Fill each jalapeno half with the cream cheese mixture.
*Cut the slices of bacon in half crosswise, and wrap each jalapeno pepper half with a slice of bacon. Press bacon ends down into the cream cheese lightly to secure or feel free to use a toothpick.
*The peppers can then go on the baking sheet and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the bacon is crisp and browned.
* Serve and Enjoy!

Keto no bake Carmel cookies
Ingredients
8T Unsalted butter
โ
c Swerve brown sugar substitute
โ
c Heavy whipping cream
1 c Pecan halves
โ
โ ยฝ c Unsweetened coconut flakes
โ
c Keto friendly chocolate chips
Parchment paper
INSTRUCTIONS:
1. Place the butter into a saucepan on the stove over medium heat.
2. When the butter has melted, whisk in the Swerve brown sugar substitute until completely dissolved.
3. Stir in the heavy whipping cream until well combined.
4. Cook, stirring frequently for 10 minutes until it begins to froth up and thicken.
5. Remove the mixture from the heat and stir in the pecan halves and coconut flakes. Stir well to combine, and let sit to cool slightly for a few minutes.
6. Use a large spoon to drop spoonfuls of the cookie mixture onto parchment paper. Do not worry if some of the extra liquid leaks out from the mound of cookie batter.
7. Sprinkle keto friendly chocolate chips on each cookie and lightly press down .
8. Freeze for 1/2-1 hour until hard and serve or store in airtight container in fridge.
9. This should make 10-12 cookies.

On a keto lifestyle especially, the goal isnโt just water intake but electrolyte replacement as well...sodium, potassium, magnesium, and calcium!
๐๐๐ซ๐โ๐ฌ ๐ฐ๐กy....carbs cause you to retain sodium and water. When you rid your system of those boogers itโs all excreted! THIS is why you hear all us keto peeps increasing salt ! We must also not forget to increase water and other minerals too!!
๐ฆSet a goal to drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces! For example; if you are 160lbs your water intake should be around 80 for the day!
๐ฆ Add electrolytes to your lifestyle!

Keto Fried Taters ๐๐ป
* 1 lbs radishes, diced into small cubes
* 4 Tbsp butter (I used Kerrygold)
* 1 tsp Garlic powder or to taste
* 1 tsp Onion powder
* Pink Himalayan sea salt
* Parmesan cheese
Over medium high, heat butter until it starts to foam. Add radishes. Cook approx 15-20 mins (more depending on size of cube.) or until soft .... Add seasonings to taste and garnish with parmesan cheese!
Favorite. Keto. Coffee. Creamer.

Coffee โ๏ธ is one of my favorite drinks! Finding a keto creamer was key to continuing my relationship with coffee! Love to froth the creamer first :)
Keto Crock Pot Kielbasa and Sauerkraut
16oz - Sauerkraut
1/8 tsp - salt
1 tsp - black pepper
1/4 tsp - celery seed
2 tsp - mustard seed
1 tbsp - paprika
8oz - cooked unheated kielbasa
2 tsp - apple cider vinegar
1. In the bottom of a Crock Pot, spread out half of the sauerkraut. Avoid letting the liquid drain into the pot. Then, sprinkle half the seasonings over the sauerkraut (salt, pepper, celery seed, mustard, paprika).
2. Slice the sausage and arrange it on top of the sauerkraut. Spread the remaining sauerkraut over the sausage and distribute the remaining seasonings over the top. Finally, drizzle in the apple cider vinegar. Do not stir the ingredients!
3. Cover the Crock Pot and cook the ingredients on high heat for at least 4 hours. Before serving, thoroughly stir the sauerkraut and sausage together. Voila!
I tried this recipe on the stove first... definitely use the crock pot so the flavor permeates.
Great side!
Keto Cabbage Slaw
1 Cup - Red Cabbage
2 Tbsp - Mayo
1 Tbsp - Sour Cream
2 Med - Scallions
1 tsp - Paprika
1/2 tsp - Cumin
1 tbsp - lemon zest
1/2 - lemon juice
1/4 tsp salt
1/8 tsp - pepper
1. Add the sliced cabbage to a large mixing bowl.
2. Add the remaining ingredients to a small mixing bowl and whisk together to combine.
3. Pour the dressing over the cabbage and fennel and stir to combine, ensuring all the vegetables are coated in the sauce.
4. Slice the scallions and scatter over the slaw. Stir them through the mixture.
Serve as a side!! Crunchy and delicious!
Denver Omelette Casserole
Green Bell Pepper
1/2 an Onion
Sliced Deli Ham
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 tbsp butter
8 eggs
1 tsp salt
1 tsp pepper
1. Preheat an oven to 350 degrees and spray a glass baking dish with pan spray. Chop the green bell pepper, onion, and ham into even pieces, and mix them together inside the bottom of the baking dish.
2. Top the ingredients with the shredded cheddar cheese. For the egg mixture, melt the butter in the microwave and whisk it together with the eggs, salt, and pepper. Pour the mixture into the baking dish.
3. Bake the casserole for 40 minutes or until the center is solid and the top is golden brown. Enjoy hot!

Bell Pepper Nachos
Ingredients
1 large green bell pepper
1 large red bell pepper
1 large yellow bell pepper
1 large orange bell pepper
1 lb ground beef
3 TB homemade taco seasoning
โ
cup beef broth
6 oz shredded yellow cheddar cheese
4 oz shredded white cheddar cheese
freshly chopped cilantro, lettuce, tomatoes, red onions, and sour cream *Optional Toppings
Instructions
Preheat oven to 375ยฐF.
Wash and dry your bell peppers, then cut into small triangles.
Place the cut peppers on a baking sheet in the oven and bake for 10 minutes. Set aside.
While the peppers are in the oven, brown the ground beef in a skillet on the stove over medium heat. Drain any excess liquids.
Next, add taco seasoning and beef broth and bring to a boil. Simmer over medium heat for 5 minutes with the lid off so that the seasoning can infuse with the ground beef.
Remove the lid and continue simmering until the taco meat reduces and becomes thick. You donโt want it liquidy. It should be nice and thick.
Spoon the ground beef mixture onto each bell pepper covering from end to end as much as possible.
Sprinkle the yellow cheddar cheese on top of the ground beef mixture then top with the white cheddar cheese.
Place the baking sheet in the oven on the top shelf and bake for 5 minutes, then turn the oven to broil and broil for 1-2 minutes until the cheese melts and gets nice and bubbly. (Watch carefully as it can burn quickly!)
Remove from the oven and top with chopped cilantro, lettuce, sour cream, red onion, jalapenos, and tomatoes.
