Honoring MLK Yesterday I was driving up the Valley, when a program came on NPR honoring the late Martin Luther King. One of the speakers William H. Lamar is a Pastor from the Metropolitan African Methodist Church in Washington DC. He spoke of lastcalled “A Great World House” .

2 Events coming up in early December

Last month a series premiered on Netflix called Love, S*x and Goop. The 5th episode is called Thank the Past and is focused entirely on the Family Constellation process. The episode described Constellation as: "a rare type of therapy, which was created by Bert Hellinger, who studied the Zulu tribe in Africa." "In general, this episode was one of the more confusing ones. It's like when you tell a story and someone doesn't understand it, so all you can say is, 'You had to be there'."
YEP! You do, you just have to be there to experience it. And honestly for me the work didn't convey well. The work wasn't represented in a way that could be felt by us, the audience. Anyway it is very exciting and I although I can't recommend the rest of the series( I didn't watch it) I am very stoked for the attention FC will receive from this.
Every one of us has a portion of individual, ancestral and collective healing to do, as we carry ancestral transmission's that have many possible effects on us, our families, our relationships, as well as cultural effect's. You have to be here to experience this unique experience.
