Barre and Bowls workshop! Sunday 4/28/24 4pm-5:30pm✨

Come join us Sunday afternoon for the perfect way to end a weekend. You will get an amazing Tuck, followed by a juicy stretch, and then 25 minutes of bliss while Yuka plays the Crystal Bowls. If you experience this last time then you know 🙌 If you have never experienced a sound bath then you are in for a treat! Sound baths help relieve stress, lower blood pressure, improve digestion, create a stronger immune system, and over all leave you feeling complete bliss. Spots are already filling up so send us a DM to sign up. Light refreshments will be provided.
