Letting you in on a little secret. I’ve been getting a lot of grief lately from our lack of pizza nights at the warehouse. People missing having access to RED OVEN. I don’t have minimums for events. This client is paying less than $400 for a group of friends to share a meal. I am all about the community and try to help whenever possible. Don’t be afraid to ask I might be available For a quick drop by even if it’s a small group. The picture here shows there’s nothing to set up and I can come and go efficiently!

Took the kid to the desert and on our hike we found what must have been air pockets that formed in the hillside during the last lava flow. I immediately thought 💭“pizza 🍕 oven”. They made for an awesome cooking environment. Going to hike back to it with pizza tools and make a primitive pizza soon .

Lots of little ovens working hard by the beach. I felt a bit like musician in a jazz band trying to keep up with the tempo. Of which I am not. But still really enjoyed the challenge and seemed like I kept everyone entertained .
2 ovens were fueled by wood and 2 by gas.

The unbelievable smell of bread baked in the wood oven. The end of a very busy weekend I had a little bit of dough left so made baguettes for friends and family. I get so damn anxious making bread because no matter how good the dough is you still gotta shape it and get it into the oven and cook it properly before it can be enjoyed. . Tonight was a success.

I had a good day today. The business constantly positions me near people celebrating. Being around happy people feels good. Tonight was a birthday party for a gentleman who’s family send videos from all over the world speaking Yiddish ,Farsi, English honoring his special day. Seeing families trying to move forward and reaching out, working hard to bring each other near to share in a moment was touching. Its really special to experience so many great people with my silly little skill of pizza making. I made a pizza like I really enjoyed it. The herbs were so fragrant.

This was a good one today. Getting more and more vegan requests so I’ve been testing. This one started with a paprika sweet pepper sauce and included
-cherry tomato
-shiitake -
gaeta olive -
Italian sweet corn and was finished with a basil puree.

Met a really great family yesterday in they were celebrating a party. The guest of honor is an avid hunter so I made him a special Venison Bolognese pizza. Axis deer are the most beautiful animals and are very selective eaters in the wild. They have a diverse nutrient base diet. This pays off with nutrient dense protein for us. I reduced mass agricultural, grocery store protein by 90% or more and supplemented my personal diet a texas axis deer per year and am feeling better physically and consciously.

Making and baking again! I get into a mood and cannot stop ✋ . Having time to practice, focus, and testing both recipes and my own capabilities.
I wrote in a previous post about sharing with friends (if I had many)
and some of you reached out reminding me many people care. Also the idea to share with the homeless came up. Thank you for thinking 🤔 of all this.
I guess the people I want to touch are potential enthusiasts of the process. Today I dropped off a couple of 25kg flour bags of breads to the engineers at . They seemed happy. Its fun to surprise people.

I feel like I live two separate lives, but that’s kind of the way I like it. On one side on this public figure who strives to be The energy at the party with the pizza oven in tow. (No pun intended) The truth is a very quiet person and like to keep to myself. Days like today I wish I was more outgoing and had a large friend group to share in my madness of bread baking. It’s a beautiful feeling to work with the dough and a wood oven it really warms the soul seeing the unique breads coming out. Sharing bread with someone is a very special phenomenon. Such a basic source of life. during Covid many of you know I baked about 500 baguettes a week and gave them away trying to help the community for six months. I don’t particularly like to sell it as I don’t want to judge for perfection what comes out. I just want it to be enjoyed. But because I’m a private person I don’t have the damn friend network to share it with. Oh well,
