Dieguito is our 2022 World Beer Cup Gold Medal winner. A Hoppy Pilsner brewed with German Pilsner malt and flaked rice, hopped with Simcoe, and Citra in both boil and fermenter. A clean lager base beer gets paired up with lots of tropical and citrus flavor from lots of Simcoe and Citra hops.

Bus departs from Petco Park by 9pm and will return to Pizza Port Carlsbad.

"Swim Cap" is a West Coast Pils at 5.4% ABV brewed with Mosaic, Mosaic Cryo, and Waimea hops, with the addition of Nelson Hop Kief. Bright notes of white peach, tangerine, and Meyer lemon play nicely with an earthy-spice malt backbone. The finish is light and dry, with hints of grapefruit peel and mango skin.

"Paddle to NZ" is a Juicy DIPA brewed with Super Sauvin, El Dorado, Motueka hops and Nelson Hop Keif at 8% ABV.

Tropical fruit sensory overload, juicy guava, papaya, mango, and passion fruit blend with sweet tangerine, banana, and Orange Julius flavors. Finish is slightly dry with a hint of pine/resin and earthy orange peel.
