There's nothing we love more than a little collaboration and creativity at our bar, and we're thankful this holiday season for the wonderful team members who took the time to craft these for us.

Don't shy away from iced drinks as the cold creeps in ⬇️

We often find ourselves in bitter moods throughout the winter, blaming chill and wind for our downturned mouths and tearful eyes. We see the cold as an enemy, making brief peace to build the occasional snowman, hiding deep in layers and shivers all the while.

We often turn our noses up at ice, as well. Even in our cocktails, we see such a crucial ingredient as filler or a distraction. However, your bartender will gladly tell you ice is just the opposite. Ice binds drinks together, mellowing and marrying flavors and notes, orchestrating citrusy symphonies and directing the traffic of sour and sweet as they cross your tastebuds.

So, as fall turns to winter and we feel our grasp on comfort loosening, don't shy away from the cold. Get an icy, frothy cocktail. Breathe the spearmint sting of winter air. Let your skin feel snow as it falls, the way we believe it's meant to be felt.

If you see a smiling face across the bar at the Broken Barrel - Noblesville, there’s a good chance you’re getting an expertly made drink from our barman Tristan. He makes a drink with a casual craftsmanship that you have to see to believe. He’s got a taste for artistry, and he can just as easily recommend a fine whiskey as he can polish the details on the best daiquiri your bachelorette party has ever seen. Speaking of parties, if you need a bunch of drinks to fuel your good time, Tristan is the man for the job. He loves serving large groups, and the energy from any party or gathering always finds its way into our cocktails, bubbly or smooth.
