which is achieved by giving our guest the best services and products. 28 Star Studio places
the guest in the center of the artistic process through exclusive one-on-one services by a
Loni Wilson.
28 Star Studio is known not only for its skilled seasoned stylists but also for its superior
customer service and satisfaction guarantee. We feel that the most important aspect of a hair
service is the consultation. A one-on-one discussion of ideas, past experiences, and
expectations is an integral part of 28 Star Studios’ service. Another important feature of
