Spring has sprung, and that means more new buildings going up in The Village of WestClay. We are excited to continue to finish out the vision of Brenwick Development for the Village Center Shoppes.

What a difference 18 months makes! The best part about our job is we get to take a project from a raw piece of dirt to a state of the art executive office suites community. We are so proud of the work that all of our trade partners performed on Link Office Suites from the planning stage all the way through the first day companies started moving into this incredible entrepreneurial workspace in Carmel Indiana.

If you live in a freezing climate, it is time to remove your garden hose and all of your attachments from your hose spigot. If they are left on over the winter they can cause freezing of your pipes inside and when they thaw it will be a costly mess!
